Who Does the Work
The people who show up at your door are the ones who do the repair - no dispatch layer, no subcontracting the job out to someone else's crew. When you call, you're talking to someone who works on doors, not a scheduler reading from a script.
We don't publish a staff count or a truck count because that number changes and it isn't the thing that matters to you. What matters is that whoever comes out has seen the kind of door your house has. Given that most homes in this service area were built between 1974 and 2003, across roughly thirteen named communities with 1980s and 90s stock dominating, that means a lot of repeat exposure to the same torsion spring sizes, the same opener generations, and the same panel styles. That's not a claim about how long we've been around - it's a claim about what's actually parked in driveways here.
We price the work based on what's broken, not on a script meant to upsell a full replacement. If a spring swap and a track adjustment will get another several years out of your door, that's what we quote.
What We Do Not Take On
We don't do new construction framing or structural work - if your opening needs to be built out or reframed, that's a job for a general contractor, and we'll say so plainly instead of taking the job anyway. We also don't install gates, fences, or anything that isn't a garage door or its direct hardware.
We don't stock every part for every door on the first visit. Some of the houses in this area, especially the older end of that 1974-2003 range, have doors or openers that use parts nobody keeps on a shelf anymore. When that happens, we tell you up front what the lead time looks like instead of pretending it's a same-day fix.
We also won't talk you into replacing a door that just needs a repair. If tightening the hardware and swapping a spring solves the problem, that's the quote you'll get. Full replacement gets recommended when the door or opener is actually past the point where parts and labor make sense against a new unit - not before.
